Shipping and Handling
We use UPS Ground on all orders. Processing takes between 2-5 business days (potentially longer during promotions) and shipping takes an additional 2-5 business days. We do not require signatures upon delivery. We cannot offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders typically require 4-10 business days for delivery.
We charge a flat fee of $29.99 per case ordered plus shipping. Our glass-bottled sodas are heavy and fragile, so we must make sure they are packed safely in a special box to prevent damages. This adds to the weight of the package and can make it costly to ship.
All 12 pack cases are packaged in a thick brown unbranded cardboard box. Each box has corrugated inserts that are custom designed to protect against breakage. The cases do NOT include the 4 pack carriers. The cases include 12 individual glass bottles.
Sometimes in rare cases, we will sell out of a product before we get the chance to mark it out of stock on the website. In this instance, you will either receive a refund for the item that is out of stock, or the order will be put on backorder until the item is back in stock.
We currently do not accept international orders or orders from the states of Hawaii and Alaska.
No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damaged Goods Policy
If your order arrived damaged or was incorrect, please use our contact form and describe the situation in as much detail as possible. Once we verify the claims, we may either replace the damaged or incorrect product or issue a full refund for the order.
