Hank’s Orange Cream Soda Cupcakes
Ingredients:
For the Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
12 ounces Hank’s Orange Cream Soda
For the Whipped Cream
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract, if desired
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine cake mix with Hank’s Orange Cream Soda.
- Fill cupcake liners and bake for 15-16 minutes. Set aside cupcakes to cool completely.
- For the whipped cream, using a stand or hand mixer, combine heavy cream, sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Transfer whipped cream into a piping bag and pipe onto cooled cupcakes. Top with orange slice candy if desired and enjoy!
